Mexico complains about human smuggling

Mexico’s attorney general complains about smuggling of Cubans through Mexican territory, blaming Cuban Americans who finance it, Mexicans who collaborate, and the U.S. policy that makes it feasible by admitting virtually all Cubans who present themselves at the border.
