Odds and ends

  • The Washington Post interviews a Cuban “psychologist-turned-restaurateur” who interviewed American POW John McCain in Hanoi in 1970.

  • Speaking of photos, Rui dug up a good one of his demonstrative self, making a point to his colleagues at El Nuevo on a historic day.

What a piece of news!A Cuban psychologist interrogating American prisoners of War during the Vietnam War.
I thought the Supremo en Jefe himself said many times there were no Cubans in Vietnam having anything to do with American prisoners? And a "psychologist" with vast experience in service to the "cause", to boot.
I wonder if the Cuban regime does not want to lend a hand to Obama in order to influence the coming elections?
Nah, Cuba's regime interfering with other governments affairs ? It can't be. Heaven forbid!
